National House of Prayer

“Do not love the world or anything in the world. If you love the world, love for the Father is not in you” (1Jn 2:15).

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Mt 6:33).

Haitian church schedules are filled with Saturday fasting services, all-night prayer vigils, and regular mountaintop prayer retreats. Watching people shout to the Lord with hands in the air or cry out with tears while flat on their faces might give the impression that they are experiencing deep and effective prayer. That is, until you discover the subjects of their petitions.

Money, food, clothes, house, and US visa would be the most common subjects of prayer. Recently a wave of prosperity teaching encourages destitute people to send money to a mega-ministry. The leaders then commit to pray for their supporters to receive money and other material requests in return.

Despite the number of missions in Haiti, prayer that could really save the nation is rare. Still, the Lord cries out for his precious “Pearl of the Caribbean” to return into his arms, demand deliverance from ruling demons, enthrone him Lord over Haiti, and seek nothing greater than his presence, power, and transforming purity.

We want to demonstrate the authority and lasting blessing of prayer as Jesus and his disciples taught. We want to stand boldly in opposition to using God as voodoo-worshipers use demons: for money, possessions, power, and visas. These pervasive prayer deceptions draw the Church far from the presence of the Lord and do nothing to transform the nation in any permanent way.

Please come to Haiti on a spiritual mission that will change the nation forever:

  1. Come teach and demonstrate prevailing intercession and spiritual warfare.
  2. Come challenge Christians to stop praying for money and things, and to start praying for the Kingdom of God to manifest in their lives, homes, churches, and nation.
  3. Come establish a National House of Prayer at the Transformation Center, as a place where prayer for revival will be lifted up 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  4. Come, international intercessors and teachers of prayer, to lead conferences and seminars, and raise up a new generation that will intercede for the Kingdom of God to manifest in Haiti.

Nothing we do at the Transformation Center or in all ministries throughout Haiti will bear rich, abundant and lasting fruit apart from a revolution of powerful prayer warriors raised up to prevail before the Lord until he comes to save this sinking nation.
